Reports
Each report opens to read first - then print it, or download it.
Full archive (.zip)
Everything, to hand to the client and keep after the project is deleted: a day-by-day journal of the whole project, every item, contractor and payment, every photo, the contracts and acts, the project report and an Excel file of all the data. Unzip it and open index.html - no login needed. A big project takes a few minutes.
Timetable
Set each item's % complete - 100% means finished. Progress is weighted by planned duration; items below 100% after their finish date are overdue.
Rooms
Each room with its number, type, area and status.
Defects & NCRs
Everything still to put right: where, who fixes it, by when. A serious one is raised as an NCR - numbered, with what it breaches and what is to be done - and gets its own sheet to sign.
Daily Logs
Weather, manpower and site notes - and ask Gemini anything about the project.
BOQ & Cash Flow
Budgets and payments for the Timetable's items. New items are added on the Timetable page.
Bill of Quantities
Daily Workers
From each daily log: daily workers × that day's rate. Paid by the month - Pay records what was paid.
Guards
From each daily log: guards × that day's guard rate. Paid by the month - Pay records what was paid.
Equipment Rentals
Daily price × days. The cost counts day by day from the start date; Pay records what was paid to the supplier.
Materials & Purchases
Everything the client buys for the site. A material can name its job, so it counts against that job's materials budget and shows who it was supplied to. Tools and equipment the site keeps (a laser level, a measuring tape) and other purchases are for the whole site.
Monthly Cash Flow
Planned = each item's budget (contract + materials) spread evenly over its planned dates, and the budgets for daily workers, guards, rentals and site purchases over the project's dates. Spent = contract payments, daily workers, guards, equipment rentals and materials bought that month. The cumulative columns are running totals - compare them to see if spending is ahead of or behind plan. Once money in is recorded, Paid out is what actually left the bank that month - daily workers, rentals and goods on credit count when they are paid - and Balance is money in less paid out.
Finance
What the project earns against what it costs. A loan or the client's own money is funding, not income.
Forecast of the final cost
What the project will have cost when it is finished, from what is known today. An item counts at its budget, or at what has really gone into it when that is more; daily workers, guards and rentals carry on at the rate kept so far until the planned completion.
Money in
Every sum that came in. Income - the employer's payments, buyers' installments - counts toward profit. Funding - a loan, the client's own money, a partner's - pays for the work but is never profit; a loan's interest is a cost.
Contractors
This project's contractors and how each one performs. Assign them to jobs with the Contractor column on the Timetable.

Safety & Quality
Incidents, inspections and toolbox talks, with what was done about each one.

Variations
Work instructed after the contract was signed. Only approved variations change the contract sum - the rest is money still being argued about.
